Soap and Glory The Breakfast scrub- £9 Boots

So, for my first post I thought I would share my thoughts on a recent discovery and love in terms of my bathing and showering routine. Its the Soap and Glory 'The Breakfast scrub' body scrub. I have always been a big fan of the Soap and Glory products and have been eyeing this up for a while, then finally to my delight i received it a couple of weeks ago for my 20th Birthday.

Now for £9 its not the cheapest I have tried, but for the results and the amazing smell I definitely think its worth it! You also get absolutely loads in a pot so it should last ages. According to Soap and Glory it contains 'oats, shea butter, organic cupuacu, bananas, almond and honey extracts' all lovely stuff that's great for your skin. It has very firm consistency and has large exfoliating particles, making it great for removing any dead skin. It left my skin feeling silky smooth, glowing and smelling like delicious maple syrup for hours. Its also great if, like me you fake tan and need to remove all traces of previous tan or rough skin before applying any tan.

I would go as far to say this is the best body scrub I have used from the many I've tried, so if you're unsure weather to give this a go, I would highly recommend if you want a really effective body scrub that leaves your skin soft and smelling delicious. The only possible downside would be if you have very sensitive skin as it is an abrasive scrub so may be too much for some people.
